When does the Cocoa app launch?
Our team is currently working very hard to release the first version of our app to the public by Fall 2021. An official launch date will be communicated through our online platforms as development is finalized.

Is Cocoa currently recruiting new people for its team?
Yes! We are currently recruiting passionate and hardworking individuals to join our research team. Please visit the Our Team or Contact pages of this website to access the application form.

How do I refer a business so that they're included on the Cocoa app?
We’re always adding businesses to our app that have been recommended to us by our Cocoa community! Please fill out the following form to request that the business be added to the Cocoa mobile application. We will carefully review your submission and add the business to our app if it meets the Cocoa standard. View the form here.

Why is Cocoa only highlighting businesses the Ottawa/Gatineau region?
The first versions of Cocoa's mobile application will highlight businesses in the Ottawa/Gatineau region for the simple reason that this region is the most familiar to our founding team members. As we grow, we will expand the Cocoa mobile app's reach outside the National Capital Region.

How can I ensure that my business will be added to the Cocoa app?
Our team has been thoroughly researching businesses in the Ottawa/Gatineau region that meet the Cocoa standard. However, we may have missed some. As such, we invite you to fill out the following form to request that your business be added to the Cocoa mobile application. Why is Cocoa requesting information from my business?
We may request information from your business in order to determine if it meets the Cocoa standard. If it does, we will add this information to your business profile on our mobile application which will allow app users to learn more about your business and have your contact information handy.
